Community Feedback Loop

The accuracy and trust of Helpious are maintained by our users. Every time you vote or submit a question, you're helping build a better knowledge base for everyone.

How Helpful Voting Works

Helpful (Yes)

A "Yes" vote confirms that the answer was clear, direct, and effectively answered your question.

Trust Signal: Counted publicly after 50 votes.

Not Helpful (No)

A "No" vote signals that the information might be outdated, confusing, or missing important nuance.

Alert: High "No" rates trigger urgent human review.

Submitting Questions

Can't find an answer to your specific situation? At the bottom of every question page is a submission box.

Filling the Gap

"When you submit a question, it's flagged to our authors. If they publish an answer, it appears in the 'People also asked' section of the original page where you asked it."

If you provide your email address when submitting, we will send you a one-time notification as soon as the answer is live. We never use this email for marketing.

Reporting Errors

If you notice a factual error or a change in a cited source, you can use the Report an Error link in the footer. This opens a direct line to our editorial team for urgent corrections.

Accuracy is our priority. Every report is reviewed within 48 hours.
